Rooms & Suites
The hotel has a total of 12 rooms, each with a western-style bathroom and
Wi-fi facility.
To support the sense of community in our hotel. In standard room "Bamboo" however,
this room can be connected through a door to the "Red Coral" room (with a view of
the forest) and used as a family room.
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The only place you may smoke is in the garden or on the
balcony.

🎋 Bamboo Basket Weaving
Weaving with bamboo has a long tradition in Sikkim. Even today “dokos” – bamboo baskets that are carried with a ribbon over the forehead – still serve as a “cart” for the rural population to collect food or distribute cow dung in the fields.

🌿 Village Walk & Shaman Ceremony (full day)
An immersive visit to a traditional Lepcha village, featuring a stilted tribal house and authentic village life encounters.
Guests are welcomed by a local shaman with a ceremonial welcome and protection ritual, followed by a tranquil village hike. The experience is complemented by traditional ethnic snacks and locally brewed millet beer.

🧘 Buddhist Heritage Circuit
Our Buddhist Heritage Circuit goes beyond the usual visit to Rumtek Monastery. Guided by local experts, you’ll gain access to lesser-seen temple spaces and also explore the historic Old Rumtek Monastery.
The experience typically includes both Rumtek and Lingdum monasteries, with optional additions such as a visit to a nearby nunnery or a village walk through traditional homes and a local school—tailored to your interests.

🥾 Jungle Trek (full day)
A guided trek through the pristine forests of a Wildlife Sanctuary, led by an experienced trekking guide. The experience includes hotel transfers to and from the trailhead, a several-hour immersive trek through rich Himalayan biodiversity, and the required entry permits.
Guests are treated to a freshly prepared hot meal, with the possibility of enjoying breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga on clear days.

Location location location. Location alone is worth 10 point. Along the that the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Mr Suraj, GM will help with any travel needs. The food served in hotel is excellent and have a homely feel. If possible will stay again.
The place is very well maintained, the staff is very co-operative and it is the best place to relax. The surrounding landscape is very beautiful and we all loved it very much. There is a meditation room which really makes you feel very peaceful. Over all a very nice place for those who are looking for some stress-free, relaxed and peaceful few days.
This is the best hideaway between your travels. Had been here with some friends during a motorbike tour and this was the place to be in order to recharge our energy levels 🙂 House has lovely staff and the rooms are beautiful. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Amazing breakfast! Would definitely recommend.
Rooms are comfortable with balconies, the nightview of gangtok was beautiful, lovely garden and amazing breakfast! We were there with a motorbike tour, and it was the prefect place for us to relax and unwind. We did yoga and meditation in the prayer room, it’s one of the most special prayer room i’ve ever been in.
No, it’s not in Gangtok. It’s set amid forested mountains in a garden of truly earthly delight! Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Fabulous food. Cold beer. Warm fire. Wonderful opportunities for hiking/walking to local monasteries through tiny villages. Quiet. Peace-filled. A great vibe. Best of all, though, is the staff. So kind, so generous with their time, so hospitable. Making momos with Longmit and others in the kitchen—one of the most memorable experiences of my time in India. Group hugs, and, oh, the raucous, joyous laughter. They told us we felt like family, and we felt the same. We loved our time in this lovely home away from home with people who made us feel right at home. Highly recommended.❤️
